Giving Back Through What We Do Best

KDC uses our development expertise and project management skills to strengthen communities through our KDC Cares program. This award-winning initiative has helped nonprofits turn dreams into reality, delivering over 380,000 square feet of new and renovated facilities. By providing in-kind consulting, project coordination, and financial support, KDC provides nonprofits newer spaces at little or no cost, freeing resources to better serve their communities. Supported by industry and construction partners, each project becomes a showcase of collaboration and impact.
